Refund Policy

If ChurchCopy.ai isn't the right fit for your church, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment on any paid plan. No forms to fill out and no explanation required.

Email hello@churchcopy.ai from the address on your account and let us know you'd like a refund. We respond to every request within two business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Most banks post the funds within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. Your account moves to a free state once the refund is processed.

Beyond the 30-day window, payments already made are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops all future billing and keeps your access active through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Annual subscriptions carry the same 30-day guarantee from the date of purchase. After that window, the plan runs for the remainder of its term and will not auto-renew once cancelled.

Free trials are exactly that — free. You are not charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before it ends means there is nothing to refund.

We may decline a refund where an account has violated our Terms of Service, or where repeated refunds have been requested on the same church account.
