Trusted by 400+ churches (and counting)
You’re doing important work. It shouldn’t feel this chaotic.
Without a clear system, even the best churches end up in the same weekly scramble:
- You’re juggling platforms and losing track of what’s been shared where
- Important updates come in last-minute with no time to plan
- Social posts, emails, and texts all sound different or miss key details
- People ask, “Was that shared somewhere?” or “Where do I find it?”
- The church’s message feels scattered—even when the mission is unified
ChurchCopy gives you the clarity and consistency you’ve been missing—without adding more to your plate.

What others are saying
ChurchCopy has fulfilled a need and alleviated a consistent pain point for us. By providing cohesive copy packages that can be used in so many different formats, our Communications Team can better come alongside our ministry partners and champion them to reach their people more effectively!

👋 Meet the Founders
Hi, We're Brock & Holly
We built ChurchCopy.ai to help churches save time and communicate more clearly—because we’ve lived the reality. After years on lean church teams—in roles like worship pastor, creative director, and administrative staff—we know how challenging it is to keep up with everything that needs to be communicated across ministries, platforms, and timelines.
Whether it’s a new class, a weekend event, a volunteer push, or just the rhythm of weekly services, every message matters. But with limited bandwidth and no dedicated comms team, it’s easy to feel stuck—unsure how to say the right thing, to the right people, at the right time.
With backgrounds in church leadership, professional marketing, and formal training (Brock holds a Master’s in Strategic Communication from Liberty and an MBA in Organizational Management from Eastern University), we created ChurchCopy to be the tool we always wished we had: clear, thoughtful, and built for the complexity of real church communication.

What is a Copy Package™?
A Copy Package™ is a complete set of ready-to-use content created from a single description of what’s happening at your church.
When you enter an event or initiative, ChurchCopy.ai instantly generates 29+ pieces of marketing copy — including:
- Emails
- Text messages
- Social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, X)
- Announcement scripts
- Newsletter blurbs
Each Copy Package is organized in one place so your team can review, edit, approve, and share content quickly. Instead of writing everything from scratch each week, you describe what’s coming up, and ChurchCopy.ai delivers all the communication pieces you need in your church’s voice.
- Emails
How does the AI understand my church’s voice and style?
You set your mission, vision, and tone once. From then on, every message matches your voice, not a robot’s.
Can I customize the generated content?
Yes! Edit, tweak, or regenerate instantly. It’s flexible, so you’re always in control of the final wording and style.
Is my church data secure?
Yes—your information stays private, protected, and encrypted. We don’t share or sell your data. Period.
What types of content can ChurchCopy.ai create?
Emails, posts, texts, newsletters, and announcements. Basically everything except sermons—we’ll leave that part to you.
Do you offer support during the trial period?
Absolutely. Hit reply to any email and you’ll hear back from a real human (usually Brock himself).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there are no contracts. Cancel whenever you want—no hassles, no guilt trips, no “are you sure?” popups.
How long does it take to generate content?
Seconds. It’s faster than brewing coffee, which means you’ll be done before the pot finishes dripping.
Do you integrate with our existing church management system?
Not yet—but integrations are on our roadmap. Until then, copy-paste works everywhere you already communicate.
Ready to save hours every week?
Join churches using ChurchCopy to ditch blank screens, reduce stress, and communicate clearly—every week, across every ministry.
